release: 0.2.6.6, for the canary machine only

A desktop Plasma makes after the layout has run — the television arriving
after a night-time reboot, as on Tiny Pebbles — now shows the classroom's
wallpaper, and every existing desktop is repaired before the shell starts.
Carries 0.2.6.5's reboot that waits until nobody is using the computer.

Built from this commit, gated on that file, and published to canary as it
is; the file and its sha256 are recorded in the Gitea release v0.2.6.6 and
in docs/testing.md. Stable stays on 0.2.6.4.
