release: 0.2.2, for the canary machine only

0.2.1 is already published to canary and a rebuild of it would be
different bytes under a version somebody has already installed, so the
worksheet fix goes out as its own version.

Stable stays at 0.2.0 and the stable manifest is not touched by this.
