release: 0.2.6, for the canary machine only

Presentations, the teacher's manual, and the Wi-Fi hand-over fix.

Canary only. The three classroom desktops are on CHANNEL=stable, which
still answers 0.2.2 and which nothing here has written to.

The prayer-room laptop is the one machine this is for, and its Wi-Fi is
already NetworkManager's — `classroom-wifi --adopt` reports "nothing to
adopt" on it and changes nothing, which is asserted by a test rather
than remembered.

Note for whoever installs it: this release adds LibreOffice and the font
set, so the upgrade fetches 216MB across 186 packages from Debian's
mirrors. It needs the network up at the time and it is not a five
minutes before the study job.
