Prepares the coordinated Ekklesia v0.2.3 patch release after PR #88.

  • Bumps the nine public @ekklesia packages and coordinated runtime manifests to 0.2.3.
  • Pins packed internal dependencies to 0.2.3; updates the standalone fixture without changing its ^0.2.0 platform/module SDK compatibility contract.
  • Verifies the native sharp/libvips path, pure-JS verification, strict package release/reproducibility, migrations, full pnpm verify, and same-origin plus split-origin deployment smoke tests.

No package publication or Git tag is created by this PR.
